How much does this service cost?

Since websites come in all shapes and sizes and there is such a wide array of things we can do, it's impossible to put an exact amount on it until we have a chance to review your project. However, to give you some idea, our services can start as low as $100 for a functionality review on a 5 to 10 page "brochure" site in three or four browsers.

We can tailor our service to meet nearly any budget. If you are unsure this service is something you can fit into your project's budget, simply take a couple minutes, fill out our Get Started form, and we'll return to you with a quote by the next business day.

How long does it take?

Much like the cost question above, it is difficult to put a time frame on it until we have a chance to review your project. For most of our standard services, such as functionality testing, browser compatibility and web standards validation, we strive to turn the project around within in three business days for a typical 15-20 page website.

If you have a more complex project, such as an e-commerce site or intranet, this process can take longer. Also, certain services, such as usability testing, load testing, and content editing, can also take longer due to the nature of the activities that go into those services. When we provide you with a quote on cost, we will also provide an estimate on the amount of time we will need to complete your project.

Can Unmatched Quality fix problems that they find?

Unmatched Quality specializes in finding issues and reporting them. However, there may be times when our clients do not have the time or the resources to fix the issues that we report. If you would like us to help you repair or improve your website, we have technical resources available. Let us know and we will try to work with you on that.

Why should I use Unmatched Quality?

At a basic level, Unmatched Quality provides you with peace of mind and a little extra time. We've all been there at one point or another: the website development is done, you take a cross-eyed look through the website you've been working on for two months. It looks good, so you send it to the client for sign-off. You're ready to mail the final invoice and move on to the next project.

Then a week later, the client calls. They noticed a problem. Then another problem. Three weeks of emails back and forth, you finally have it all worked out, and you have 1/3 less hair.

We're here to catch those problems before your client does. Many times, when you're in the trenches, you need someone from the outside to double-check your stuff. It's like writing a novel; you still need an editor to catch those mistakes that you miss because you've been staring at it so long.

Do you have a sample report that I can download?

We do not offer a sample report for download on our website. If you need to see a sample before making your final decision, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to send one to you. Even though testing is no big secret, we don't want to give our recipe away until we've had a chance to introduce ourselves.

Keep in mind, at the end of the process, if you aren't happy with the final deliverable and don't find it useful, then we will offer you a full refund. We don't want our new clients to feel like they are taking a risk.
